Apr 14,2021Awful customer service, 36 days from order to delivery but they still stand by 7 to 14 days. Would never buy anything from them again and suggest you think carefully about whether there is an alternative

Aug 16,2020Awful company. I have tried to contact them by email and phone with no answer. I placed an order on 19th July and still haven’t received it. I just want a refund for my order, but there is no way to contact them! Awful, avoid.

Jul 17,2020Placed an order on the 4th of July, got a confirmation email. Still no sign of my order 8 days later! I emailed twice.. No reply. Now just received a refund with no reason or email 13 days later!! Totally ridiculous, if you do not have the stock then don't take the order, if it goes missing in transit let your customer know! Doesn't even look like it left the warehouse to be honest. Will not use again due to the lack of communication regarding my order and terrible way of dealing with things!
