A comprehensively professional wrap around service from the initial quote to sell my property right though to viewings and completion - and all the inevitable highs and lows in between. The staff are exemplary in their communications and follow up. This is a company that you can trust and they work hard for you.

The team were very pleasant and their service was courteous and uncomplicated. They had excellent knowledge of the local area. Our house was marketed very well and they generated a good number of viewings. The only improvement is that communication could have been a little more consistent at times and feedback more forthcoming. However, our house was sold quickly and we would recommend them to other local residents.

I dealt with a number of different agencies in my search for a home and found the agent at Sandra Davidson incredibly professional and personable. He was honest in his viewpoint on some of the properties I viewed with him and when I found my home, he worked with me to ensure I was in a strong chance of securing a winning bid. Although he managed to get an increased amount for the vendor (more than I wanted to spend!) he worked with the vendor to make sure that we had an easy a process as possible when buying a property. Thank you Luqmaan Raja for helping the process.

There are a lot of scrupulous agencies in the area, however I have found Sandra Davidson an agency I can trust, who ensured the sale was completed professionaly without any hidden surprises. I will be using them going forward for all other sales and purchases

I bought my property 6 years ago through Sandra Davidson. It was a very smooth process. The staff are very friendly and professional unlike other agencies I had come across though the search process. I have now let the same property after moving to Australia and have peace of mind that everything is under control. They look after every aspect of the rental process and keep me well informed. One thing I would like is more inspection reports.

Not sure they always acted in the best interests of us the vendors. Sold the house for a lot less than we wanted to and had a buyer pull out at the last minute. Don't feel we were always kept fully informed. Communication wasn't too good.

After having an exceptionally bad expirience with another letting agent, I was worried, but it was unnecessary. Sandra Davidson (Azeem) have been first class. Due to the previous agent, my transfer was heavily delayed, but they kept in touch with me all the way through, and provided advice. When the time did come the house did require repairs and decoration which was arranged promptly, and it was confirmed for re-let within a week of getting the keys back; so really happy. Sandra Davidson have been professional throughout, good communication, all additional services (certifications, insurances etc... well dealt with; and promptly). All rental income has been received on time and invoices for rent or works received promptly. All things considered l am extremely pleased. Gary

We bought our house through Sandra Davidson in 2001 and sold it through them in 2016. We really recommend this local agent which is truly professional, dedicated with a personal touch. Finding the buyer was just the start of a process. Sandra Davidson were crucial in following up the sales progression. Without them the whole chain would have collapsed. They not only followed up with the immediate buyer but were able to contact parties down the chain. The whole process took 6 months but they managed to keep it all together in their calm optimistic manner. It is a small team which works together. Whoever you contact, they always know the latest information on your case. They always call back and makes you feel they are personally involved. We strongly recommend this fantastic independent estate agent.

I really would recommend this Agent as I think the valuation was realistic and they found me a buyer. No problems (only those silly questions raised by the buyer, which the Agent helped with anyway). Next time I want to sell a property I will give them a call first.
