Do not buy from this company. They delivered a part order on the 3rd July to me which was very soon discovered to be faulty. after contacting them to request a collection and refund, they agreed to do this but then I have heard nothing since. I have 2 faulty chairs, no table and no answer from them to resolve this. Their website has been down since the beginning of August, emails are ignored. Their customer service telephone line is answered by a robotic answering machine with an unintelligible email address to send queries to. Don't waste your money on this company. I am now in the process of requesting a charge back from my bank.

I spoke to a very helpful gentleman called Ben before ordering to ensure the product was of good quality and that they could deliver on time. Ben sent me a few extra pics of the furniture which was great. Delivery was excellent. Sandwell Rattan Furniture are a very efficient, & thorough company to deal with. I even received contact after purchase to ensure everything was ok with the delivery and purchase. Can't recommend enough. Will definitely be using them again. S. 17/05/17

We have just received our new rattan corner sofa , we spoke to Ben who was very helpful and friendly, the sofa arrived promptly and was easy to put together. It looks fantastic in our garden, excellent quality, comfort and value, based on our experience I would not hesitate to recommend this company. 10/ 10 Thank you.

Delighted to find the exact item we wanted on the Sandwell Website. Ordered, made payment and expected to receive delivery in a few days, not so.....received an email saying that due to an error on their website the item was out of stock and they wouldn't be supplying it after all. Very disappointed and it took a couple of days for the refund to appear back in our account .
