They have a real tailored approach when dealing with their clients and this is only possible because of the vast number of years their consultants have actually working in the IT sector. They actually know what they are talking about. Unlike traditional recruitment agencies, consultants at Sapient have actually worked in numerous industries within the IT sector, so they are really well placed to bring alone the right candidates. This saves potential employers time, as they no longer have to look through 100s of CVs before getting applicants that actually fit the roles advertised. Aug 21,2019I'm extremely happy I had Sapient recruitment help me with the transition of looking and then securing a new role. Right from the beginning, I had a great feeling that I was in good hands. The representative, Nana, made me feel comfortable with my knowledge and skills and inspired me to move on to the next phase of my life. Hw was professional as well as understanding. He asked relevant questions for the role I was looking for (IT engineer) and within a few days managed to secure an interview for me. He gave me great advice for the interview (I've been out of practice). I managed to secure the role from my first interview, even though I had other interviews lined up, this role just seemed to be a great fit as Nana thought it was. I definitely advise everyone to give them a go!

Communication was also thorough and frequent which is extremely helpful when operating on a tight schedule. I would not hesitate in using Sapient for further hires.

Apr 28,2018I've never thought to give any company a review but had to share my experience here. Speaking to Nana on several occasion was really an eye opener in how good customer service should be. Having spoken to several agencies over the years, I found them all to be less than sufficient compared to how Sapient deals with their clients. Care and consideration was taken on Nana's part to find the ideal role even with my specific requirements. I feel your professionalism and manner of helping is really an asset to your company Nana.

Mar 14,2018Excellent service received from Nana. Candidates submitted were a good match to the supplied (and discussed) job specification. Communications were to a good standard both by phone and by email. Available to talk to at times that suited the confidential nature of the post being recruited. On a number of occasions Nana was available for discussion well outside normal (office) hours, unlike a lot of other agencys. Would thoroughly recommend and will be my first port of call for any future I.T. vacancies.
