I only attended my first ever yoga class last year and can't imagine a teacher more caring, fun and professional than Sarah. Look forward to always booking the new terms and love the fact I am now an official 'Yogi'. Meeting all of the other attendees has also been fun and a combination of that and Sarah's caring attitude towards her pupils has created the perfect Yoga package. Sarah is a lovely yoga teacher. She adapts her routines to your ability and gently encourages you to push yourself a little bit more each time. Her encouragement means I now regularly practice and feel face far better for taking up yoga.
I have never taken up Yoga in my life - however now in 60s I decided to give it a go - thanks to Sarah I thoroughly enjoy her classes - Sarah is a wonderful teacher and makes it such an enjoyable and calming experience - thanks Sarah to introducing me to Yoga !! U are a star ⭐️
I’ve tried yoga before but not enjoyed it. Sarah’s superb teaching has changed my view completely. She strikes exactly the right balance between challenge and supportiveness and is always encouraging. I particularly like the way she offers options and encourages us not to overdo things. I feel very safe and nourished by her approach plus energised, calm and much more flexible. Highly recommended.
Sarah is an excellent teacher and I’ve learned a lot. She is able to modify the classes to take account of all abilities and experience and doesn’t assume any previous knowledge. The Friday men’s morning classes have been especially good although a 7am start can feel a bit of a shock sometimes! I’d definitely recommend Sarah for all levels of experience.
A brilliant class, a great way to start the week. Sarah is clearly a very experienced teacher, the way she describes body / anatomical positioning to get us in the correct shape for each pose is fantastic. Would strongly recommend her classes.
I could write this review using a simple repetitive motion with which I am comfortable and without pushing myself at all. However, this would not properly endorse the strength, flexibility, variety and, yes, fun of Sarah's Yoga classes ( for all sorts of people ). I was a classic middle aged male thinking you don't need to do this sort of thing despite the natural wear and tear of age and the specific demands made by 20 plus years of running and exercising. To stretch this metaphor slightly more, naturally I found that I did need to discover what Yoga could do for me. And I have been fortunate to have found such a good guide and highly skilled teacher in Sarah. I've benefitted noticeably in six months and during three sets of classes and I very much intend to continue. Because there's plenty more exploring to do. [ Aged 52 and a bit ]
Sarah is an extremely experienced yoga teacher and runs small, friendly, thoughtful classes at a very affordable price. Highly recommended.
I'm now into my second yoga course with Sarah and very much looking forward to book the third. Sarah has to be the best tutor I have ever had when being part of a fitness class. She is very professional with one of the most member friendly personalities I have ever encountered and really makes you feel part of the team at whatever level you enter her classes. Highly recommend joining any of Sarah's yoga groups !!
Sarah is an incredible yoga teacher. Her lessons are thoroughly enjoyable and despite being in a group she caters to everyone's needs!
Yoga with Sarah has completely changed my relationship with exercise and with my body. I have a much stronger connection and awareness to my daily movements and what I need for my overall well-being. I’ve been attending her classes for over a year now and the strength and flexibility I’ve gained, along with tools and practices that have helped me improve my mental health 10 fold, has truly been life changing. Each class is open, honest and a judgement free zone! I look forward to class every week and the reset it gives me.
I found Sarah to be very welcoming and I was able to fit into the class at just the right level. I received the support I needed to test my abilities and I am really looking forward to going again.

Great class. Sarah is a very experienced instructor. Clear instructions. Fantastic for all levels and in supporting all areas of your fitness. I always sleep brilliantly after my Monday yoga class. A great way to start the week.
