Aug 11,2024Alquilamos un barco (gommon LED590) para los 4 de la familia para visitar el archipiélago de la maddalena y el día fue perfecto. Tanto la organización, comunicación y atención por parte de Kamila y Fabrizio fue perfecta. Kamila nos envió toda la información, tanto del barco, como del check-in, como de rutas a realizar por WhatsApp. En cuanto a Fabrizio, la atención durante la entrega y explicación del barco fue excelente, ya que sabía español y nos aconsejo que rura realizar, playas que visitar, etc.... El barco estaba en buen estado y cumplía perfectamente con lo indicado en el anuncio. En cuanto al coste del combustible nos pareció correcto ya que te dejan el depósito lleno y lo tienes que entregar también lleno. Hay una gasolinera en el mismo puerto donde coges el barco.

They do a great job of presenting all of the information to you prior and then delivering on the day of. Our captain Davide was amazing - very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Choosing a full day tour on the water allowed us to see some of Sardegna’s most beautiful spots. Highly recommend.

Jul 09,2024Excellente location. Tout est super bien organisé avec les différents échanges par message. Ensuite, tout déroule avec une place de parking gratuite juste à côté du bateau et avec Fabrizio qui vous accueille. Bienveillant, ses explications sont claires et très utiles notamment pour ses conseils d’itinéraires et de sécurité . Concernant le bateau, il est très confortable et très économique. En ayant visité toutes les îles de la Maddalena pendant une journée, nous n’en avons eu que pour 75€ de carburant. Bilan : vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Aug 26,2023Unfortunately everything seemed lovely until the end of our day when they scammed us for the fuel. I highly recommend all of you to fill your tanks by yourself in maddalena with 2.13€ per litre as they charge 2.3€ and also lie in your face that the boat fuel tank capacity is bigger (70 litres instead of 60) and that you’ve spent more fuel as the boat is moving.. lol! The boat was perfectly stable and we’ve consumed less than 25 litres which is 54€. Well, they took from us 80€. We don’t speak their language so of course let’s rip them off just because we can, right? Not to mention the owner is crazy, on the boat due to the wind and waves we lost the ice bucket lid, so because we are educated and good mannered people we went to the shop and got a new ice bucket for them (otherwise they said to give them €50, and we got it for €30 from the shop). We gave it to the employees, they said it’s perfect and we left. The owner called us back and treated us horrible asking us to drive back half an hour to buy another ice bucket as this one is smaller than the one they had. We are in a different country, we don’t speak their language. How are we supposed to do that? Trying to ruin our holiday, you are dealing with cold animals not a serious company as they pretend they are, unfortunately.. shame on you for treating your customers like this!!

Jun 14,2023My partner and I live in Boston (originally from Canada and Spain) and rented the Antares 32 bareboat from Free Charter for 4 days (Tues-Fri) for our honeymoon (we're in our young thirties). We had a wonderful experience. Kamila, Davide and Marco were incredibly helpful, insightful, honest and accommodating. The boat was perfect and ran very well, and the bays we visited and anchored overnight were incredibly beautiful. Truly white sand and electric blue water, with lots of fish you can feed. Many bays had their own beach bar you could boat/swim to. Cannigione is the perfect launching spot to explore the islands and hidden bays of the Northeast. Our only comment was that the water (71F, 21C) was a bit cold, but honestly not too bad! Nights were cool and the days were boiling hot. We didn't have AC and honestly didn't need it due to the cool nights in June. As a bareboat rental, I had to perform a driving test with Davide and Marco which involved three docking attempts, English (sideways) and two rear. They were helpful with the warm up period it took to get used to the boat controls and they demonstrated what they wanted to see before hand. If you've been boating for a while and have developed an intuitive feel for driving boats you'll be fine. There was no VHF/Radio test. All in all a very casual test, but you do need to have experience and comfort driving. All-in-all Free Charter is a 5 star place. They have about 17 boats ranging from day trips to 46ft+. Trustworthy, reliable and working towards building long term relationships. You are in good hands here! Sardegna Luxury Boat and Rental Concierge service was also a 5 star place. Kamila was endlessly helpful and insightful and went the extra steps it took to have a truly effortless and high quality vacation. Thank you!

May 31,2023Great experience with Kamilla and Fabrizio. Boat was as promised. Detailed instructions and routes, we hot a crash course on the boat when we picked it up. There was a bit of rough sea, but I guess it's normal for this period. If you pay attention in the briefing, there should be no problem whatsoever. You can ask for recommended routes, they will explain with details, so you can make an informed decision. Nice, will rent again if in the area.

Aug 17,2022Vřele doporučujeme! Před zapůjčením lodi jsme na mail obdrželi podrobné instrukce, které obsahovaly i návrh tras možných výletů s doporučeními, která místa navštívit. Mohli jsme si tak předem náš výlet naplánovat. Před naloděním nám Fabrizio vysvětlil, jak loď ovládat a dal nám další doplňující tipy, co můžeme během našeho výletu vidět. Jeho angličtině bylo dobře rozumět, takže jsme si mohli užít skvělý den na lodi. Telefonicky jsme v průběhu dne kontaktovali i Kamilu, která nám ochotně v našem rodném jazyce sdělila doplňující informace týkající se doplnění paliva. Výlet na ostrovy La Madallena byl úžasný, příští rok opět rádi této služby využijeme!

Oct 05,2021Superbe prise en charge de Kamila à qui nous avons demandé un bateau seulement la veille du jour souhaité (nous voulions être sûrs de la météo). Tout à été géré la veille pour le lendemain via une autre compagnie de location qui a pris le relai et nous a très bien accompagné. Rien à redire , vous pouvez contacter Kamila les yeux fermés et aller profiter des superbes spots des îles Maddalenas !

Jul 19,2021Děkujeme kapitánovi Fabrimu za skvělý výlet na člunu. Nejen náš dvouletý syn byl nadšený a nebál se ani při větším odpichu. Domluva byla rychlá a vše proběhlo hladce. Doporučuji člun o síle 200 koní, byla to jízda.
