Apr 01,2021I have ordered twice so far and just made 3rd order. I have never been disappointed with saree palace. Their quality of clothes, stitches, design- everything is perfect. Their customer service is amazing- they respond so quickly! They have always helped me with my order and answered all my questions. Thanks to Arzoo and arman specially for being super-helpful. I will order more in the future and will recommend to other people!

Through out from placing my order to asking questions I have been assists by Arman and I must say he is great. He give u great service reply to all ur text right away and answer all ur question with good manners. He give the sense of trust and the good thing about him he is very polite. Will answer all ur question with respectđ. I havenât received my order yet but whenever I have any question regarding he reply really quickly. Mar 03,2021I often place orders on this site. For the first time I wanted to have it made to measure and it was complicated for me to convert. I tried to reach someone on SareePalace and I came across AMRAN. A wonder, very patient, attentive, responsive. Beyond the advice, he took the time to help me convert centimeters to inches. I am already satisfied with SareePalace but AMRAN, really thank you! I hope your professionalism will take you far !!! 1st contact with a SareePalace employee, I really want to share this more than perfect experience!

Excellent and professional customer service provided by Arman (thankyou Arman) when I had issues while checking out. Great products, however would certainly love to see some more variety with more exclusive and contemporary designs please.

I was nervous of ordering from abroad but was delighted at the products and service. I will certainly be ordering again. I had a couple of blouses stitched and they were beautifully made. Great communication with Saree Palace throughout.

Feb 12,2021DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SAREE PALACE sareespalace.com Our wedding outfits came more than 3 weeks late. When they arrived, my husband's clothes were so small he could not even get the jacket on. My clothes were so big I had to spend double what I paid for the outfit to alter it. I wrote to customer service multiple times on WatsApp. They ignored me and did not return my calls. This company should be shut down!

Oct 14,2020I purchased a saree and jewels for my wifeâs birthday and the saree palace has delivered the order in an outstanding quality and kept their delivery promise time while they also had to stitch the blouse. The quality of jewels and saree was more than my expectations and what I loved is the quality of their blouse stitch. I was in touch with them via WhatsApp and I was answered patiently on everything. I Will definitely order from saree palace in future. Definitely recommended.

Des produits arrivĂ©s endommagĂ©s avec des tailles incorrectes, une dĂ©claration de la valeur du colis indiquĂ©e Ă 15 euros alors qu'on en avait pour 400âŹ, colis bloquĂ© Ă la douane, il a fallut payer 188,88⏠en plus (charges de Sareepalace + les taxes)... On a essayĂ© de contacter le service client qui ne veut rien entendre et prĂ©fĂšre nous laisser avec nos produits dĂ©fectueux sans proposer de remboursement. Ils n'ont clairement rien Ă faire de leurs clients.

Oct 01,2020First of all i would like to thank you for your service as well as your product quality. I live in California and usually travel to India every year during December. But this time due to Covid i was stuck and couldnât visit my parents and my family. I had my baby shower and as i am soo far from my family dur to Covid couldnât do anything but i had to buy new saree for that occasion and i also had my Durga puja. I was not aware of any site and was also bit skeptical but i had to take a chance. Then from Printrest i got to know about Sareespalace.com and I started to search out of a saree and therefore I selected one and also gave my measurement for blouse petticoat. I did place this oder in this very month of September itself and out of my expectations I received my parcel just before its mentioned delivery date therefore am soo greatful to them. And the saree which I oder is very beautiful blouse fitted very well. I wish i could post its picture. Overall i very satisfied by its service and their products and am also looking forward to oder more of Saree Palace products in Future whether in USA or in India.
