The fact that they took the time to ensure my satisfaction of a bit of material that was sheer (which I was not aware of), shows their commitment to customers. Feb 10,2022Hi I'm from UK. Ordered my outfit for a 60th birthday bash and was nervous as never ordered online before. So I finally ordered a beautiful evening gown and reasonable price. It helps when customer services have watsapp number to communicate. I was served by Raj helped me a lot and keeping me updated of the parcel when asked without any hesitation that's what you call a good customer service. I even had tracking number which was very useful. Raj guaranteed that my parcel will arrive before 12th Feb and sure enough package came on 8th Feb and was very happy with my dress and fitting was exactly how I wanted to be. Feb 01,2022I'm from Australia and currently wedding shopping has been difficult because you can't see the items and you have to provide online measurements. I have struggled to find a good place to buy items. I am very very pleased with my lehenga which I received today - which was originally bought to do haldi in but now I'm second guessing it because I like it so much! It is better than I imagined and fits perfectly. I am also pleased with the customer service I received (they corrected some of the measurements I did wrong) and the timing of delivery. I will definitely be ordering again.

From the moment of placing my order, I had constant communication with the team to ensure my order was correct - from asking me to double check the measurements on one of my orders, to ensuring the length of an outfit was exactly what I wanted. The order arrived within 4 weeks from the moment of placing my order (it took longer because of the above queries), and all of the items were of such a high quality and fit perfectly. I normally have to go to India to get blouses made to fit me like that. This was my first time ordering online and it certainly won't be my last.

Nov 23,2021I had an amazing experience buying at sarees bazaar. I ordered a dress just before Thanks giving for my cousins house warming ceremonies. I did not even have enough time but sarees bazaar made the delivery excellent. They delivered my dress within very less timeframe and it was on time. Also when I changed my address at the last minute they made sure the dress was delivered to the right address. The dress was amazing. I truly recommend Sarees bazaar. Excellent customer service!

Aug 19,2021I'm in the UK and needed outfits in 7 days for a wedding. I contacted the WhatsApp number and they were so helpful in suggesting outfits that would arrive by my deadline. My order arrived a day earlier (FedEx tracking supplied), stitched perfectly to size and look great. I have never ordered Indian suits online before so I was slightly anxious, but my overall experience was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Aug 07,2021I ordered 3 outfits and I love them all. Customer service has been brilliant and raj was in touch to check a few things rather than just guessing. The sleeveless blouses came out better than the one with sleeves and one skirt was slightly shorter. But overall they’ve done a fantastic job! Very reasonable prices too. Highly recommend and I will definitely be ordering again in future!
