The delivery service was within 48 hours, and the team's communications kept me informed where my delivery was at all times. As a result, I will always return for repeat purchases of t-shirts and jackets.

Sep 09,2024I ordered the black chore jacket late on Thursday night. It was with me on Saturday afternoon, immaculately packed, and with a hand written note. I thought the jacket may be a bit stiff but it’s very soft and comfortable. If you see something you like the look of on their website just trust me and order it. You will not be disappointed. These guys are amazing.

The only problem is getting there quick enough to get your size before it's sold out! The genuine surprise is how good their sportswear is- pleasantly surprised after training for an ultra in their t-shirt and a consistent fan of their work!

Aug 17,2024Like everyone who orders from the internet I always get asked for reviews. I very rarely give one as with bigger companies I know it will just be ignored but with Sauce & Brown I try to. It’s getting more and more difficult trying to find different words to say the same thing. If I had the power, I would use Sauce & Brown as the example of how to provide customer service. I would also use them as an example for quality of their products and it’s not just empty words. I have several pieces from Sauce & Brown from a card holder and leather bracelet to t-shirts and shirts, I have never been disappointed even when I returned an item that I had ordered too small the service was exemplary. The Erin T-shirt is another quality example, I asked for a certain rivet number which was granted and I just love it. Brand loyalty, these guys have it from me.

Aug 02,2024Love Sauce and Brown. They only make 100 of each Item, all individually numbered with a rivet. I recently visited the shop specifically to buy a polo shirt and received a warm welcome as on previous visits. (they won’t give you the hard sell but will more than likely offer you a brew) I spotted another shirt while I was there but didn’t take the plunge at the time but later ordered it online. It soon arrived beautifully packaged as always with a personalised hand written note. It’s great quality gear and it’s a rare chance you’ll bump into anyone wearing the same shirt when you’re out
