I forgot to put in the discount code and they reimburse me after making the purchase and followed up with my tracking info and was consistent with keeping a good impression. once delivery was complete they emailed me to notify me which most companies never do. Thanks for all you do. hope the product is just as great.

Jul 19,2023Their customer service is exceptional. Very quick responsive. I had a problem placing my order and they helped me doing it on the phone while offering me a discount code. The package arrived after 2 and half weeks and I am already 3 weeks using the laser. The results are slowly showing up. I will come back to update after few months of use.
