Aug 28,2023Bestellung ging nie raus, obwohl man für "PayPal - Express" extra bezahlt. Rückmeldung des Support ist ein einziges hinhalten. Anscheinend ist das Bestellvolumen von einem Flakon zu viel für diesen "Shop". Scheint gerade in Bezug auf deutsche Kunden System zu haben. Das ganze wird jetzt bei mir über PayPal abgewickelt.

Jun 07,2023Never a problem even with changing order before dispatch, lovely people, and when ordering something from dua out of stock of course it takes a while, and a lot cheaper than ordering from dua direct and paying a lot more for postage.some reviews moan about it,no patience some people,.

The scent I wanted was on back-order but even taking this into consideration the item took forever to be dispatched- much later than the company had stated when I ordered it . The company tried to blame Royal Mail delays but they had clearly not even sent it to Royal Mail. As a result my dad’s present was late. It was a most frustrating retail experience and I wouldn’t order from them again, which is unfortunate as the product smelled good.
