Informative, but I don't think it really catered to my specific needs
I have been stressing about college since quarantine happened. I was on the fine line between committing to my admitted university or taking a gap year. Jennifer provided great reassurance and very valuable information that I will take into account. I am thankful for the session and its great help for the students affected by this pandemic.

I felt like the answers are too general. None of it specifically answered the root of the questions. Plus, it really hard for the admins to see all the questions in the chat box.
They have a nice database of scholarships, but the only way to apply for them is to sign up for a free trial or to purchase a membership. I don’t like the idea of having to pay for scholarships, so I signed up for the free trial planning to cancel it the next week. However, on the day before I was to be charged, I noticed that I had a pending $50 from ScholarshipOwl.com. I contacted them letting them know I wanted to cancel and was charged a day early. They were friendly, but didn’t provide a refund. After talking further with them, I received $25 back and a month pass, but I’m still not happy to be paying anything for their service. To add to this, I haven’t received any scholarships through them. I would not recommend this website.
The lady that assisted me, Kate, spoke to me as though she understood everything I was explaining to her. I really appreciate how cooperative she was even when I started to become frustrated. Her customer service skills were excellent, she was able to keep me calm instead of making me more frustrated, and the solution was solved in a the customers favor.
This is a wonderful site for scholarships.

I had an issue finding my account on scholarship owl but after emailing their customer support it was all cleared up in a couple of days. Jane did an absolutely amazing and quick job of resolving my issue. She is definitely an asset to your company!
