Nov 30,2023After attending the Scrum Better with Kanban course, I deeply understood that hybrid utilization of Scrum and Kanban can achieve the effect of "being mutually complementary." Scrum provides fixed iteration cycles and meeting structures, which help the team develop regularity. Meanwhile, Kanban visualizes the work and improves bottlenecks based on workflow management. Integrating the two not only improves team productivity and efficiency, but also enables rapid response to ever-changing business demands.

Nov 29,2023Scrum is an excellent framework, and when combined with the Kanban method by incorporating practical data, it becomes even more convincing to persuade management to adopt an agile mindset. The "Scrum Better with Kanban" course allowed me to revisit the six practices, presenting the entire application model of the Kanban Method through a relatable coffee shop scenario. If you, like me, find yourself in a layered and constrained corporate structure, attempting to introduce agility seems challenging. Give it a try!

Jun 06,2023The Kanban course offered by Chungan has definately terrific. You will not hear about too much of lectures. Instead, you will get knowledge by games, example and reflection. There was full of real life experience in the course and all your doubts during the course will be clarified. BIG thumb up and highly recommend the course.

Mar 15,2023I took a series of Kanban courses from TKP to KMP (including KSD and KSI). The experience was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations! Chungan (柳丁) was an excellent trainer. He was so well prepared with each session, engaged students deeply in learning, and always took good care of the details. Besides the well-printed, high-quality handouts and delicious meals, I was surprised by how he managed the challenge of holding hybrid sessions (a.k.a. blended learning), with face-to-face and online teaching modes spontaneously. What I loved the most was the chance to have a lot of discussions with other learners, the professionals in different fields. This teaching style is common in the West, and I hope there will be more in Taiwan. Lastly, I believe that Kanban will be one of the must-learns in the foreseeable future since the mindset and management methods evolve over time. Mar 13,2023I joined Kansan University KMP(KSD+KSI) training courses. The Kanban method shows how to practice people-centered and work flow focused ways to continuous improve our way to work or live. The course designed to learn by games, assignments and group discussion helps me to grasp how to practice the method. The instructor also practise what he teaches and shows lots of passion for the method. That impels me to start my personal Kanban.

Mar 12,2023The 2 days KSI training program, a comprehensive approach to the training, including the delivery of clear and concise materials before class, hands-on experience, and interactive exercises, has helped me understand the concepts. In class the atmosphere drives to be harmonious, I felt comfortable. Time control well. The lunch, snacks and drinks are great. After class, also have assignment, it is very solid training. I appreciate the lector's dedication, commitment, and support throughout the training program. Lector's passion for the subject matter is evident in approach to teaching and ensuring that all participants understand the material. The insights and real-life examples have been invaluable in helping me to understanding. I am confident that the knowledge and skills that I have gained from the training will serve me well in my future work, and I look forward to applying them to enhance my performance.

Mar 12,2023Three things I learned from the Kanban System Improvement Training course: 1.New ideas about project and product management, along with practical methods for evolving change. 2.The importance of identifying bottlenecks and how to address them to improve output. 3.Skills for introducing changes to organizations by building consensus with stakeholders and encouraging them to choose to apply the changes themselves.

Nov 30,2023Through the 柳丁(Chungan Ke)'s explanations and group discussions, the course guided us in identifying the internal and external challenges faced in Scrum. It gradually led us to approach these issues from the perspective of the six principles of Kanban. Using data to illustrate the current project status has consistently been a strength of Kanban. If you are already an experienced Scrum practitioner, I believe you will undoubtedly gain valuable insights from this course.
