Apr 25,2022Great service and very helpful. Initially called them out on a Sunday to fix a problem with our automatic garage door opener which was over 30 years old. Speedy response from the technician but no parts were available for an opener that age. We ordered a new opener with them that day and given a delivery date. Meanwhile the technician fixed up a temporary way to open the garage door otherwise we were stuck with no way of getting the car out. A few days before the original due date of the installation we had a phone call to say they had a slot available the next day if that was suitable to us.On the day the whole procedure only took an hour and a half and the garage was left clean and tidy .We are delighted with how quiet and speedily the opener works with a courtesy light too. Would not hesitate to recommend this firm. Helpful from the word go and went out of their way to help us.

They worked non stop from start to finish, we’re remarkably clean and all that was required was a few chocolate biscuits and plenty tea. May 10,2022I got locked out of my garage and called for help. The mechanic was very informative and helpful. After appraising the problem he had the door open on his first try with no damage. After opening the door he inspected the mechanism and found what the problem had been. He adjusted the mechanism oiled it and the lock. It now works perfectly. Great service.
