After I placed my order I was instantly contacted by their support team letting me know that the order may be delayed because of high volumes of orders and if I wanted to continue with the order or have it canceled. I completely understood and let them know to keep my order. The support was very polite. Had no issues after the order was shipped. I received the order 5 days after it has been shipped with USPS.

Jan 12,2025very good store. contacted them before placing my order just to confirm some of my questions. also ive asked them to send me some photos of the package being packed for peace of mind since I saw they don't have a lot a reviews when I placed my order and wanted to make sure. They fulfilled my request and send me photos of the shipment before shipping it and they also included some free stickers which is really nice. I've got the new H4M and it's amazing. I have just not been able to put it down in the past few days. My hands hurt for holding it so long :) I will 100% come back and buy again.

Jan 05,2025My order arrived pretty fast even during this season of new year and Christmas. I placed my order before the Christmas day and today I received my order. It got delivered by express one really fast. Also, the customer service was very helpful as I contacted them before placing the order to have an idea of how long it would take and all the responses I got were very fast and helpful.

Dec 25,2024It took a bit longer than their processing times info for my order to get processed. But other than that had no problem with shipping. I am from the Netherlands and i received my order in 8 days once it was shipped. One downside is they only have Standard Shipping. They should add more options in the future.

Shipping was fast and the support team was quick to respond when I thought my package was stolen (thankfully it wasn't just poor courier tracking)

Dec 19,2024I have purchased a hackrf h4m and opted for bundle 4 however they mistakenly sent me bundle 1 and they then resent the missing antennas but i needed to wait again 7 days to receive them. besides this they are pretty good.

Dec 17,2024this is actually my first time buying from here, I've noticed there is not a lot of information regarding where they ship from I've actually spoken with a customer support person and they told me that the parcels usually get sent from inside the EU. One thing i don't like is that they only offer standard shipping. I would have preferred to pay more for a delivery company of my choice. However I received the package from DHL so I don't complain. hope this helps anyone who is in the same situation I was.
