I ordered 3 hardback books which entitled me to one free book. I received 3 paperback books and one hardback book which was not what I ordered. They said I would have to reorder. I asked how I could be sure I would get hardback books if I reordered since the last order was supposed to be hardback books. No response . I sent another couple emails and no response. I would not recommend this company at all. What I ordered was not what I got and customer service was non existent. I wish I would have paid a little more and worked with a company that showed more integrity

I have purchased many books from them over the years on their eBay site without issues. The last two orders were a terrible experience. They refused to respond to multiple polite messages sent intermittently over the course of three weeks offering absolutely no support regarding my orders! I even phoned them leaving a voicemail and still no answer. Due to their detestable neglect I had to waste 45 minutes of my life sorting out a resolution with eBay! I will avoid buying from them if at all possible since there are several other large used book platforms offering stellar service! Second Sale’s service is nonexistent; they absolutely SUCK!! They also send every book in a very thin plastic mailer which is really unacceptable. They will soon be receiving a total of ten negative feedbacks on eBay!

I ordered four books from them on eBay. The books had not been shipped after several days so I contacted them and received the following email… “ Greetings,, Due to a system error, our inventory was reallocated. We are currently investigating the root cause of this issue. As a result of the delay, I am issuing you a refund. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Many thanks, Isabela J Customer Support Hero So all four books were “reallocated?” Bull crap!!! Do not deal with these people.

I just sent an email. I will update my review if they respond. I ordered CD set audio book. It came today with one cd missing. Makes me wonder if they have any sort of "quality control". It was obvious that it was missing. The CD's are numbered and there was an empty sleeve where #21 belonged.

This company is keeping my credit card on file without approval. I never give anyone permission to store the card on a site. There is no way to remove it in my user settings. I have written them a number of polite emails and they have not responded to me. They will not remove my credit card from their site.

BEWARE!! Bought a college textbook with delivery date of today-the first day of class. Not ideal, but it’s fine. Except instead of delivery today, they just emailed me a refund saying they don’t have the book. Had they cancelled the order last week or even when it was supposed to ship, I could’ve ordered it somewhere else. Instead they waited until the delivery date to cancel. Now I don’t have a book for class AND I have to pay double to get it somewhere else with expedited shipping. NEVER AGAIN.

It is my first experience with this company and I ordered a book because it has a good price compared to other sites. However, a week after I received email confirmation of my order, the seller cancelled my order with a refund, and re-listed the book with more than twice higher of the price. I won't use this site again, totally a waste of my time and opportunities with other sellers.

The condition of the books was terrible, the entire spine of the cover is missing. Their customer service is awful. Other companies don’t make you return books that are trashed now I have to drive around town and buy mailer bags to return the book.

Needed to read a book for a deadline. Added two related books on a whim because they were cheap. Package arrived today, and the book that is nowhere to be found in my shipment is the ONE THAT I NEEDED. Now my deadline is ruined. Zero response from customer service, and reading the other negative reviews here on trustpilot I expect that all I will get is a run around. If that happens, I won’t be surprised, but it will mean that this company stole from me by charging for goods they never sent. Not recommended service for any books. Especially not recommended for books needed for a deadline.

I need a reference book to study for certification in my career so I purchased the newest edition off this site. I was sent a different book from what I ordered, so I had to start return and send it back. That’s understandable, mix ups happen and wouldn’t be too bad (more of an inconvenience) except it’s been months since I sent the book back and have yet to get my money back (over $100). Now I’m left without a book and without the funds to purchase what I need.

It takes too long to get the books. The tracking constantly says your item was picked up on a certain date and the ln it doesn’t have any updates for a long time. Maybe they should try to use a different shipping partner other than USPS.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had a good experience with my first order. Last order was a fiasco. Two books never arrived and three were not in "good" condition. I've been going in circles for about a month with their "customer service." They will ask for photos, I send, and then they ghost. Try reaching out again, they asked for photos. Repeat. On the missing books, they said they would file a claim. Ghosted. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
