From the minute of enquiring about fitting new windows to having them done communication was top notch. On the day the 3 man team worked tirelessly even in the pouring rain and their detail to everything including tidiness was immaculate. Definitely a company I would recommend to anyone.

May 15,2024We were really happy with the service provided by Sam and Securiglaze from start to finish. Sam took time to explain all the various options to us at the time of the quote and gave us some really good advice and was available for questions after. All communication was responded to really promptly. On the day of the fitting Sam arrived on time with his colleague Alfie and they were professional from start to finish. They checked in with us during installation about various adjustments and it was clear Sam would only accept a perfect finish. At the end of the job Sam and Alfie cleaned up after and left the place immaculate. Really pleased we went with a Rock Door and Securiglaze, it’s made a massive difference to our home. Would highly recommend.

At all times during the measurement of the window to the window installation I was treated with politeness and helpfulness. Sam and Alfie installed the window quickly ,provided dust sheets and cleared up after the end of the job. Sam even helped with two other jobs in the house. I would definitely use them again and would 100% recommend them.

Mar 02,2024Sam and the team were really quick and efficient putting new glass in our existing frames. Alos fitted a new front door within a couple of hours. Minimal mess. Good communication and well priced. Will be going to them again.

Feb 27,2024Fantastic communication throughout from designing the door to fitting it. Sam and his colleague fitted it in great time, with a lovely finish inside and out. They tidied up afterwards and explained a few things about the door/keys and made sure I was happy with the opening and closing. Honestly I was expecting it to be a mess and take ages, but Sam made it very easy and with a big smile on his face. So thank you!! I would definitely recommend and will come back when I need my other door replacing.

Jan 18,2024I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Sam and the team from Securiglaze Window Fitting, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! From the outset, the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by the team was exceptional. Sam’s friendly, no-nonsense approach was refreshing after having a lot of other Windows companies trying to over-inflate prices to pretend then to provide a discount. The windows and work carried out were top-notch, including the aftercare when there were a few things that needed adjusting. A few weeks later, my kitchen fitter commented on the brand of windows used and said they were highly rated within the building industry, which left me feeling very reassured.

They were quick to measure up and order too. Really good communication and very pleased with the finish. Sep 27,2023Had new doors fitted last year. There was an offer on which was great value for money. Fabulous customer service - the chap who camero do the measuring couldnt have been more helpful, he guys who came to do the fitting were really nice, quick and left the place clean and tidy afterwards. Needed a tweak to the lock a few weeks ago as it had started sticking a little bit, dropped them a line and came out to adjust for us. Again couldn't have been more helpful and made sure I was 100% happy before they left. Will definitely use again in the future .
