Nov 12,2015Great service to send used books, game or video DVDs, and music CDs to get money for. The only confusing part was the company name in paypal payment was not the same as the service used. For example, it was selldvdsonline, and in Paypal it showed up as EZ Book recycle. Makes it hard to track payments. Other than that, I would give this merchant 5 stars for ease of using their service, communication, and payment.

Nov 11,2015I was a little scared to mail my items to any company online, but these folks made the process amazing! Fast, VERY fair, & deposited my cash pretty quickly! The couple of emails I received from custoner svc were polite & quick to get my order processed! Definitely using this company again :)

Nov 11,2015I like this place the best to sell books, dvds, cds and games. They won't trick you like some sites who quote you a price and then when you go to complete everything they say the quoted price is a store credit and if you want cash there's a fee. That's BS. Selldvdsonline.com pays you through PayPal. They even pay shipping!

Nov 09,2015SellDVDsOnline.com is an easy website to maneuver through however it has some flaws. First of all I think they really lowball the customer on the prices offered for the dvd's. However, they really don't have competition, so they can. They do however make it very easy to send in the dvd's. something no one else can really compete with at this time. It was extremely frustrating when they did not have a title in their database. Sometimes the code number wasn't there, but frustrating was when the disc didn't have a bar code number, there was no other way the sight would look up a title. After sending a note to customer service with names, and as much information as possible about a certain disc (actually a list of about 12 titles) I got a generic response, that made absolutely no sense to the information I sent in. NO ONE with at least a 1st grade education would send the response I received from their customer service (I use the term lightly). If you have enough time I would try to find a different company, but in a pinch they are okay.

Nov 07,2015I was relieved to find a place that would cause little effort on my part to sell DVDs and get the clutter taken care of. I went online and got all of the individual pieces priced, printed the label and shipping list, bundled it all up and mailed at the Post Office. I was updated by email on when they received my package, the processing thereof, and then the payment to me. I feel like it is a smooth process.

Customer service is prompt in answering any questions I might have and I am notified by SellDVDsOnline as soon as they receive my shipment and payment is in my account no later than the next day. I plan on continuing to sell on this venue. Very trustworthy and professional!

The only thing I don't like is some of the price offers on the older dvd classics, but overall I am pleased. I noticed that blu-ray dvds are not accepted yet, maybe in the future. Overall I really like your website and business. Wish I would have thought of it.

Oct 29,2015This site is very handy for me as I can box up my DVDs and they're bought at one place, no muss no fuss. They even pay for the shipping. And the payment was quick. From my end of it, I won't ever sell any DVD that didn't play perfectly on my machine. All of mine are clean and play that way. I'm now working on the next bundle (my third) to send their way. I'm very happy to have found this company.

Nov 13,2015I'm not sure what is going on in but they have lost a whole box of dvds and can not tell me the info from the shipping label from my account. In addition they have told me they didn't receive books I sent in other times but found them later.
