Becky was incredibly helpful throughout, answering my emails quickly and helpfully. There was a glitch with the collection, but that was not their fault, they were very apologetic. I then sent it via their special delivery label and it arrived no problem. They offered me a fair price I would say, very quickly too, which I accepted. The money was in the bank within 24 hours. Great company, would recommend.

A few emails later to chase them up and still no reply. Really don't think you can trust a company with providing a good service if they can't even be courteous and reply to simple emails/contact. Go elsewhere!
