Sep 06,2024The software, at its base was an SMPT interface - all was dependent YOU securing a 3rd party SMPT server or else Sendmails doesn't do ANYTHING. Sendmails is WELL aware that its advertised promises of what it will connect with - namely Amazon AWS - does NOT work the way they've promised and their forums are full of pissed off customers who were unable to connect Sendmails. The software simply did not live up to the promises - missing or broken features, a horribly rudimentary UX out of the 90's, broken links coupled with non-existent customer service (really... I've had to ask for a refund 5 times now over the past 3 months and they're STILL just making promises that they'll fix it) DO NO PURCHASE

Mar 18,2024I’m sorry the positive reviews around this product are phoney. I switched over from constant contact, and sendmails does not work. From the unsubscribe button to basic formatting. You will do nothing but waste your time and money on this “platform” if you can call it that.

Jan 14,2024Their software has many bugs. Sometimes it works, most times it doesn't. There support is almost not existent. Your lucky if you get a response with 48 hours and it's usually a canned response and they ignore you after that. I literally spent hundreds of hours trying to get this software to work. Don't waste your money and time. These guys are scammers supreme.

The settings are not only confusing but also contradictory, leading to a frustrating user experience. Moreover, the customer support's response time is unacceptably slow, leaving users in a lurch. With no noticeable improvements over time, I regret my purchase and advise potential buyers to seek more reliable alternatives.

Dec 08,2023The list of bad things is quite big - it stopped working after one week - complicated plataform - semi manual process - 0 support - no refund ( which goes against their 30 days money back guarantee ) Horrible , just headaches. Shouldn't never trust them. I would say go on if you want to lose your money, time and patience.

Jan 03,2023SendMails has a lot of good features to talk about. It has an easy to use interface. The inbuilt email designer allows even non-designers to click and add blocks of various kinds to create attractive and clickbait emails. It has a native integration with Amazon SES. What I like the most is the marketing automation feature.
