May 02,2024I think that this company is very good. It did a great job and servicing my loan for five years, which allowed me to buy an air conditioner and furnace. I think the very much for their service. Also every time I called for any questions everybody was extremely nice and helpful. I just spoke to a service assistant named Rea, she went out of her way to help me and was very nice and thoughtful. Great company to deal with.

Jul 06,2024I called Service Finance because I was needing help in completing my financing. I had been experiencing difficulties in a part of the process and was getting stressed. Although Nicole was technically with sales, she could tell I needed help and immediately stepped up to the plate. She thoroughly explained the process and walked me through every step with kindness and warmth. I deeply appreciated the fact that she was so willing to step up and do something that probably wasn't even technically her responsibility to help a customer in distress. Her level of customer service as absolutely outstanding. Hurray for you, Nicole!!
