Platform took a while to learn for me , and issues with my PC. Used the chat facility and the person on the other end was friendly patient and had excellent knowledge and problem solving skills
Sevron is user friendly and easy to navigate, If you did not know the system to begin with it is easy to work it out with the systems help. Risk assessments are stored and have easy access with a reminder of when they are due for review, the incident logs are again user friendly.

We use this system for our COSHH assessments. From start to finish it’s easy to use with a plethora of MSDS available to use which then self populate all the hazardous you need to address. Once finished you can print out the assessments, which look very professional, or readily access them via Sevron’s website.

Sevron, the company that is “at your service, now more than ever – March 23, 2020” wants to take us to court unless we pay £650.00 for something we will not use. We have subscribed to Sevron for a couple of years, paying approx. £650.00 yearly for the COSHH365 assessments. We had been pleased with the service provided and had no intention of cancelling our subscription…but then COVID-19 hit. We are a small family run business, so with lockdown and being unable to work for a few months this has been incredibly hard and has impacted our business massively, just like many others. When we were able to start going back to work in June, we went through ALL software & subscriptions which we have and tried to decide what we could do without. As we had hardly used Sevron for the past year (only logging in to auto-renew the assessments which we had previously created), and it being the largest subscription we pay, we decided that we would not be able to justify renewing this for another year. We received our invoice for the next year on 29th June (for the payment to be made 29th July) and advised Sevron on 9th July (20 days before payment was due) that unfortunately, we would not be renewing the subscription. BUT Sevron responded by letting us know that we should have given written notice “30 days in advance of the subscription year” which in this case would have been 23rd June… so Sevron wanted us to cancel an invoice 6 days before we even received it?! Their argument has been that we should have already known at some point over the past year that we would want to cancel the subscription so should have let them know sooner… In normal circumstances yes this would be understandable, but in normal circumstances, we wouldn’t have needed to cancel the subscription, but there was this little thing called a global pandemic and national lockdown which meant we weren’t even in our office for 3 whole months prior to this!! We clearly should have predicted that coronavirus and lockdown would have happened so that we could cancel our subscription. Does Sevron REALLY think that when the whole world is thrown into a whirlwind, with no one being able to go into work, while we are told to stay at home, stay alert & save the NHS, that we would seriously know that the Sevron Subscription renewal is due? How exactly do you expect us to have contacted you? Would there have even been anyone in your office to respond to us? The service had not been used since March. The payment was not due until 29th July. We told you 20 days before the payment was due that we would not be renewing. Any decent company would understand the situation, understand that these are not normal circumstances, and would have cancelled our subscription as requested.
They are not giving what is right and just to the cost-cut employees. Some employees haven't received their last pay.
Sevron is simple and easy to use.Longs you follow the correct procedures It is smart and professional once your TRA is completed. Our clients like the layout so we are happy.
Quick response to query and fast resolution
I have had multiple dealings with Sevron over the past few months as I have been updating my COSHH and the systems continues to impress me. A fact of life is that there will always be little problems that occur when new to any system and I can happily say that the team at Sevron have been nothing short of exceptional. the times i Have had to ask for support/guidance/advice has always been met with true professionalism and a swift resolution to my problems meaning I can carry on with my tasks in an efficient and happy manner. I can not thank the Team enough, and in this day and age where 'customer support' seems to be more of a tag line than a commitment, I am happy to say that Sevron have not failed.
Sevron is a very user friendly experience that has made COSHH writing a lot easier. I was especially pleased with the level of customer support offered. I suggested an amendment to the website that would aid in writing our COSHH's, by the end of the week the amendment was live and working well.
My experiences with the Sevron support team have been excellent. Any queries are responded to in minutes and, when asked to look into changes to help with the use of their software, these changes were within the week. Overall, they have been very helpful so far.
I think that the platform is very easy to navigate through, and you are able to put down the information that is required to enable compliance with the RAMS easily,

Sevron is a good system and easy to navigate around with exceptional customer support. It has some limitations but the team are constantly evolving the software and work with their clients to improve the service even further.

Sevron is the only company where I don't dread trying to use the chat feature and actively use it to get what I need. The system itself is easy to use and makes my job a lot easier and is pleasant to look at.
