I ordered from this company because of their return policy. I have submitted the form twice and have called both numbers without an answer. I was leery about the product anyways but because of their return policy I went ahead. Edit to reply: on your website verbatim “SATISFACTION We are not happy, until you are! If you are not satisfied just return product during the first 30 days after receiving.” It still doesn't answer as to why I couldn’t contact customer from either phone number or get a reply from the email address posted.
I ordered a product and when it came in it wasn’t quite what I expected. I contacted the site, a person responded to me within a week. Sent me out another product that I had within the next week.
Horrible customer service they flat out ignore you. I ordered a product and tried to return it unopened and unused and they refuse to respond to emails or calls. It's been weeks and they still haven't responded.
This is the website for a small business. I’d placed an order a couple of days ago, and received the email confirmation, but there was no comm from the seller regarding the shipping info. Also, I was unable to reach out since the contact numbers provided are not operational. Got a response from the seller after two days when I opened a dispute on PayPal. The prices are better than other stores though, so I guess that’s what you get!

I ordered two items 3 weeks ago and have not heard from them since my order confirmation. None of the phone numbers on their site work. They also haven’t responded to email. Almost $100 lost. I would not recommend. I was comfortable because I saw these reviews but it looks like they all came in around the same time so could be a scam site.
Perfect fit and flexible use. The cuffs are comfortable. The shipping was fast and free. The price was lower from simular stores. Will buy again from this shop.

Excellent Customer Service, they try their best to ensure that the order arrives in a timely manner. One star removed because of the slow navigation. I have fast internet but it was still pretty slow. They need to upgrade the hosting lol.
My wife was a bit amused at first until we tried it! Fit well and was something different to try.
I ordered a harness. They sent me one in the wrong color. I contacted them to return it, and they took weeks to approve the return. Then they told me to ship it to an address in Canada, despite their website claiming that everything ships from the US. I shipped it to Canada and sent them a picture of the receipt so they could refund me and reimburse for shipping. A month later, I haven't received a refund, and they've stopped responding to my emails. I'm out not only the $90 I spent on the harness, but also the $20something I spent on shipping it to Canada.
My parcel arrived broken but customer service of this store helped me and fixed the problem very fast! Will order again from this store.

I ordered several items from this store. I was excited because their products were slightly less expensive than other sites. One of the products wasn't comfortable to use, and since they have a satisfaction guarantee, I contacted them. They were prompt in replying and asked if there was another product similar that I'd like to try. I chose something, paid for the difference (new product was $5 more) as well as their "restocking fee" which was an additional $13. The original product was around $84. They sent it out without requiring me to return the first product, which was nice of them. However, when the new product came, it did not work at all. I contacted them and they said that the only thing to do was to return both products for a refund and that they would contact me again soon with an RMA number so I could return it. They never got back to me. I sent several emails on the email chain about it, and never got a response. I filed a dispute with paypal, and the seller agreed to a refund the larger amount if I showed documentation of return receipt. Which they never provided to begin with. Paypal closed the case early, and I cannot appeal the $84. The seller agreed to refund the second amount ($19) if I sent back the products and paid shipping. It's absolutely not worth trying to get that small amount back. I've asked them once more by email to send an RMA so I can return to get a refund. I don't have faith that they are going to reply. Why would they promise to send an RMA and address to send the products back if they had no intention of actually fulfilling their satisfaction guarantee?
Love ordering from that store. Great customer care, fast shipping, good quality toys. One of my toys came messed up and i had a new pack in a few days. They really care about their customers

I placed an order and then they CANCELLED IT Claiming that due to some agreement between and their supplier for the item I ordered, they can ONLY SHIP FedEx. I can't Get FedEx, there should be NO SUCH RULE ALLOWED. FedEx DOES NOT Provide service to the Entire USA
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Very quick turnaround times (Orders are literally processed the same day, and shipped the next) - we got ours in 3 days. I find the prices to be very competitive, and are often better than elsewhere, and they have been including gifts with my orders, which is a very nice gesture that's keeps us coming back. Thanks!

Aug 17,2024WARNING: Do Not ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! The 5 stars are either paid to review or only ordered 1 thing. They need a slap on the wrist and a temporary suspension from the BBB. No customer service. They dont send tracking info. Some items are “dropship” so you will get them from another vendor, but how would you know that if they DONT SEND TRACKING nor response to emails promptly. There are many other websites to choose from…choose them…they need to learn this type of service shouldn’t fly in 2024.
