The packers did an amazing job of all fragile items and household goods . Bhavisha at sfl is excellent . Very patient and helped us with every Apprehensive question We had .she would immediately return our call or answer in first ring .she gave us the approx time of delivery and name Of driver and truck company as we were Unable to be home for the delivery .so our friend could receive the delivery

Mar 31,2020I shipped 7 large boxes of personal stuff to India from the US. SFL Worldwide coordinated pickup of the boxes without issues. Everything went well. I received all 7 boxes safe and sound in India. (Note I did not ship any fragile or very important things.) I am only writing 4 stars because the shipment was delayed by about 2 months and I had to pay extra customs duty of Rs 12000 in addition to the $700 I paid to SFL in the US.
