A couple of purchases now and some great advice put my mind at rest. The customer service is excellent, quick and dependable, clearly people who really know their stuff quite literally and I'll be back for more and reccomend these guys to anyone. Images used on catalog made me assume I was buying more than I ended up getting, so somewhat disappointing. If you read the mid section of the product carefully then it is clear.

Placed an order on a Saturday and it was marked as despatched on the Monday, which I was happy about. Only to see the tracking on Thursday saying that Royal Mail is still expecting the parcel. Messaged their customer service to question this. I received an email in a few hours, and they shipped out my item in a day or two which then actually arrived a day later. All in all: good experience. I know things can happen in a warehouse (worked in one for 6 years). Customer service was great.

ive been trying to replace this product for the last couple of months with no luck as no one would send them, so I was very pleased to find a company that still believed in the right to have these and supply them no hassle, thank you.
