Customer service was very responsive and attentive. Excellent! I just had to mail my bags almost 2 weeks in advance and now they are at camp 9 days early. I wish i could have had more time before pickup.

Ship Camp was great to deal with. I had a problem in receiving my ship tags and Cassidy herself overnighted them to me so my luggage could go out on the day scheduled. My luggage was received, on the other end, earlier than expected. I would definitely use them again.
