May 06,2023My experience was exceptional as I had ordered a pair of Hunters wellington boots and on arrival found them to be tight so needed a size up. Anyhow on phoning the company found them to be extremely helpful in supporting me to return them to get the next size up. A person called Callum went out of him way to get the size up back to me before this bank holiday weekend as I was originally told they'd be arriving after the bank holiday Monday.
