Jan 10,2022I must've scanned a whole bunch of sites and Amazon pages before taking the plunge with Shoestack Ordered 28 Black cases and and 8 Clear cases for my collection The next day, i receive a Whatsapp message from them to advise they had unfortunately ran out of stock of the Black cases A measure of true customer service and attention to the customer....but also in knowing how to sell, is the action they took to mitigate the disruption They offered a number of options that included a discount if i switched to all Clear and also the insight to a new product I was sold on the new product line (I'll review those separately when they arrive) and also switched to the Clears for the balance The Clear cases arrived extremely quickly and were well packaged - zero damage The boxes came flat packed and clear instructions for self assembly (no tools required) and were very easy to follow and execute If you are going to invest in a decent shoe collection, then you may as well invest in a decent storage and display solution I'm glad i decided on Shoestack and would recommend them to anyone

Jan 07,2022What can I say that I havn’t said before, son loved the crates I bought for Christmas and immediately wanted more for his birthday at the beginning of January . I knew there was no way I could get them in time due to Christmas break but I placed an order for another set of six ( still great discount for multi buy) on New Year’s Day and despite the public holidays they arrived on the morning of his birthday.😀. The products are the best out there on the market, the company is a delight to deal with and the service is simply fantastic I really cannot heap enough praise oh and the free gift of 12 of the new shoe wipes was just the cherry on top of the cake

Dec 25,2021Always had cheap boxes and needed an upgrade badly messaged shoestack on WhatsApp btw unbelievable quick responses back and was helpful in every way and these boxes are the nuts top top quality and very strong and sturdy just what I needed and immediately ordered more 🤣 also ordered them and next day they were on my door step rapid delivery from parcel force and really quick service from the guys at shoestack for getting them out quick too
