Despite my ads being normal and healthy, they unexpectedly increased the fees, which was quite alarming. Additionally, their policy requires that credit be used before any bonuses, making it challenging to receive a refund. I would advise caution when considering this service for your business needs.

Aug 15,2024They are not refunding your remaining credit balance, I requested a refund weeks ago and nothing is happening. Their chat "support" is just a chatbot. Even after writing them an email to finally refund my balance, they have just copy pasted a generic response in which they state the process of getting a refund, which I have done multiple times.
