Jan 29,2025I have used Irvine Improvements on two occasions for plastering work for a living room wall and latterly my hall ceiling and it has been a 5 star service from start to finish. From arranging a quote to completion of the work everything was dealt with timeously and professionally and the work itself was completed to a high standard. Louis and his team took care to ensure carpets and walls were covered and they cleaned up when the work was finished. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys and I am delighted with the final outcome.

The couch was out of place during the day for screeding and they even offered to come by after another job to put it back in place. The flooring is perfect in quality and finish. I will be recommending them to anyone looking for new flooring.

I must admit, I have seldom come across people so dedicated to their work and you could tell that they really enjoyed their job. The work was done to very high standards. We sent a list of 3 snags (very minor) and those were fixed in the same week. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for piece of mind and job done professionally.

Everyone was friendly and we were very happy with the results on more than one occasion using Irvine Improvements. Both a challenging floor fitting and some MDF shelves have been successfully sorted in a short space of time. No complaints, will definitely use Irvine Improvements again in future!

I had an issue with number of floor tiles which were suppliers issue, when I got replacements Louis came back to replace faulty tiles. Great service overall

Jan 29,2024The team were friendly, professional and communicative and I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done. I had some old carpet removed and replaced with Quick-Step vinyl. It was a big job (my flat is Victorian and the original skirting is in place) and there were some unexpected hurdles, but everything was completed on time and to a very high standard. I love my new floors and would absolutely recommend this service. Thank you so much!

Dec 14,2023Terrible communication and rip off pricing. I was giving their card by the flooring superstore to have flooring laid. I called and they said they would send me a quote and availability the same day. Didn’t hear anything for two days, I called to check if they could still do the work and tried several times with no answer. The quote appeared over night with no available dates. I tried calling several times again to ask if I accepted the quote on their online system via the email when the work would actually be done. Again I received no reply. I sent a text message and again got no reply. They just messed me about wasting several days of my time heading towards Christmas making it more difficult for me to find someone else. I was also quoted £360, when I realised I was just being messed about I put a post on the local Facebook page and got a recommendation and the work was done for £250. If you can’t do the work just say, don’t mess people about.
