Oct 31,2022Totally hands down exactly what she says on the tin! I couldn’t have had a better recommendation handed to me! After attempting to get a property the previous year with an alternative mortgage advisor I thought my journey of buying my own home would never happen. A little downtrodden, a while later I decided to try again and used a friends recommendation which bought me to Holly, she made it so easy from start to finish and I never encountered a single issue with the whole process, it became an exciting time for me instead of a dreaded phone call expecting the worst! Nothing was too much trouble and she was only a text or a phone call away for the silliest of questions! Currently sat in my lovely home with a great deal and know for sure when I decide to upgrade I will have the best possible mortgage advisor there is to have! I also will continue to recommend her to anyone who asks/mentions they are looking for a mortgage and havent a single doubt they won’t be disappointed. Thankyou again for your help and wonderful service! Would give you 10 stars if I could! 😁😁😁

Very friendly and professional, being first time buyers it has really has taken a weight off our minds having someone who knows what they're talking about to research our best options, and recommend the best offers for us, not to mention explaining all the jargon. She has also been able to help us with things like our home insurance, life and critical illness cover, and recommended a fantastic solicitors. I would recommend Holly to anyone, especially if you're not familiar with the house buying process.

Jan 04,2021Holly provided us with incredible service during the whole process of our mortgage application. She went above and beyond and with calls early morning and sometimes even late into the night to update us nothing was ever to much trouble. As it was our first house purchase I was overwhelmed with so much information but Holly guided us through every process and offered us advice on how to best get ourselves prepared even with sorting out of finances to improve our credit score. We have recommended Holly to friends and family who are looking to get a mortgage as she is brilliant. She was also a fantastic communicator and always kept us in the loop. I may add that this was mostly done during the height of the pandemic and with her swift work we were able to move house very soon after estate agents opened and we moved in on June 2nd. Without her help I don't think we would have our first family home today. Thank you Holly.

Nov 04,2020We had relatively complex requirements, needing to find alternative funding for one house which was to be rented out whilst also needing a mortgage for another. Not a problem for Holly who found good products for both. The rental property loan went through smoothly, but for various reasons the house purchase didn't happen before Lockdown 1, and then the sale fell through. We then needed a new mortgage offer for the new house we found, and this was in the very tricky post-lockdown 1 conditions. Again, not a problem for Holly. It still wasn't plain sailing, but Holly steered us through so that we are now the proud owners of a mortgage and loan arranged by Holly (and the houses that go with them). Throughout this extended saga, Holly has been highly professional and responsive, and my wife and I strongly recommend her based on our experience.
