As per previous reviewers I would give 0 if I could. cancelled a direct debit after having cancelled verbally with service provider. Late fees and charges applied when no services have been provided. Unfeeling, uncaring sticklers for their contracts. I will never sign up with anyone who uses this company for subs collection. Avoid avoid avoid.
If I could give zero stars I would. Dealing with Simply Collect has been a painful and unpleasant experience. Their representatives are rude, unempathetic, and void of any human decency. I would not recommend them if they paid me. Avoid like the plague.
Simply Collect have been great for my business. They have really taken the stress out of my day to day. They are always on hand with any queries I may have and deal with everything in a timely manor. My cash flow has never been better. I no longer find myself chasing up payments at the start of the month and I can really focus more on my business and provide a better environment for people to train in. I would highly recommend.

Had some financial problems recently and had to phone simply collect about a direct debit. The lady on the phone, Tamzin, was really understanding of the situation and helpful in getting me sorted. Really happy with my experience.
I spoke to a lovely young lady called Yasmin who sorted my queries straight away, i would say i was a bit embarrassed about calling as i have missed a fair few payments due to financial struggles. However, Yasmin immediately solved my problem and offered me a payment plan, which has now put my mind at ease :)

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I’ve joined GB BJJ club. I’ve bought gi for £160 and set up direct debit with SimplyCollect, payed for first month. After 4 or five trainings I’ve injured my spine. When I wanted to resign SimplyCollect wants me to pay for thee more months (£150) even I am not able to attend training. I will not join another business that uses this company. Avoid if possible.

Jan 14,2025Having previously cancelled the service I was receiving from another company, directly with them, I went on to incur fees and charges from this company. Be wary when signing up to use this company to pay for DD. A minimum of 1 month's notice is required, so you are paying for a service you aren't receiving and if you don't pay it, they will charge you.
