Oct 03,2023When ordering told to do so via website as it would be easier, probably for the staff. When product was delivered it was dumped at the end of my driveway. When I followed this up I was told it clearly says on the website that it's kerbside delivery only. Oddily enough I did check the T&C at the time if ordering and there was nothing stated about kerbside delivery only otherwise I would have ordered elsewhere. I was told by the person looking into the delivery that the lorry had tried to reverse up the driveway but the lorry had started to sink. I really struggle to see this as we have 18 ton plus lorries deliver building supplies, oil tankers delivering heating oil and they never have a problem. The person dealing with the complaint was very quick to put the blame on the delivery company and commented grey were all as bad as each other. I wouldn't order from here again.
