We order some tiles. They were really nice but was disappointed then quite a few were damage . So phone up about them . They ask us to up loaded images of the damage tiles. Got a response very quick to replace them . Will buy again if i need any more tiles for future project.

Simply paving could not do enough for me when there was a problem with wrong colour paving sent , but an especial thanks to one of their employees Felicity who came to the rescue and promptly put herself out to get it rectified....yours truly Pat Agnew
Units arrived on time, unfortunately the packaging/loading pattern/pallet(s) are unsuitable for the bricks. 3 out of the 5 units had become very unstable and split so much so it was only the shrinkwrap holding it together. There were two pallets used because the primary pallet is unsuitable for delivery. I was surprised they had arrived without complete collapse. Because of the instability approx 10% of the bricks had minor chips off edges but this was also because of a poor quality. I can say this as they were purchased as additional bricks because I am extending a raised bed, raising the height & facing a new raised patio to keep in spec with the current wall installed several years ago. Quality is definitely not the same & they're not cheap! Reply to response from Simply Paving, thanks for your response, as these bricks are the best match to my current wall it a bit of 'Hobson's'. If you have contacted the haulier he would have explained without my help holding the units vertical on the slight decline of my drive at least 3 units would have collapsed as they were very split & unstable on the secondary pallet!
We ordered about 172 slabs in the Stone Master range which were made from a British manufacturer Bradstones. We always like to support British companies. When the slabs arrived about half of the stock had really bad marks on them and this was raised as a concern. To cut a long story short, this it appears, were efflorescence marks. Not knowing this at the time, I took offence to the remarks I received from Simply Paving that this was a natural occurrence and it was for me to rectify, but willing with agreement with Bradstones to pay for the cleaner to remove the efflorescence. There was nothing on the website when I ordered my concrete slabs to say that this could happen but I’m sure it’s hidden somewhere and I felt as if I was being dismissed. I don’t expect to pay for new concrete slabs and then told unfortunately you will have to fork out another £50 to get them looking like new.Simply paving did refund me for the efflorescence remover but it has left me with a feeling of not trusting this company. As a customer who orders so many items online, I need to feel that if there is a problem with the items delivered there is a guarantee that you will get your money back if they are not to the standard you expect. We had to unpack the goods so that we could account for any breakage’s within 10 days and claim for them but in doing so we were unable to return the items effected by efflorescence as they were not in their original packaging. We are still in the process of laying the slabs but we are really happy with the slabs just the initial email when we raised concerns.

Great customer service
Easy to place the order, arrived in a timely fashion, packaging was a little awkward to get into, particularly the nylon rope, which tended to get in the way. Other than that no problems. Whilst it isn't the responsibility of the supplier, tha paving slabs were a lot lighter than the samle sent through from the manufacturer, which was a bit disappointing.

The stone circle and edging setts that they supplied were very competitively priced and arrived well packaged and on time all pallatised.
