On average l order 3 times a year and used them since 2017 I have had a lot of my stomach removed so l need to take Supplements to get what l need. I showed the dietitian at the hospital the super strength multivitamins and she said these are great. The mature man multivitamins are what l give to my other half. I have got my father in law taking them and he is in his 90’s. A 5 star service.
