I have bought this product for many years without any issues. This latest batch is uncoated and as such is virtually impossible to swallow despite breaking them in half. They also cause terrible indigestion. I have persevered for as long as I can. I will not be continuing to try and use these or risk re-ordering.

I ordered two tubs a years supply glucosamine 1500mg with vitamin c when they came I found I could not swallow them as they were much to big and with no coating but powerie so when asked for a review I gave them 1 star and explained why they got in touch and said they would send me a mailing bag to return the unopened tub and they would be getting in touch and would offer two tubs of another product of my choice they said the mailing bag would come in 3 days haha I bought a tablet crusher which cost me £9 but the tablets were too big and the crusher could not crush them even when I cut them in half I was so pleased that they intended to replace the tablets what a mistake still no mailing bag and I don't have much hope that it will ever come

I will not be ordering the glucosamine for dogs in the smaller capsules where I now have to use two instead of one and find them very difficult to empty as the powder seems to have been too tightly packed into the capsule. They also come in a much bigger container which is too much plastic.

I think these multivitamins have the most complete formula I've ever seen. Well, the taste is not fantastic, but that's not an issue. I recommend them to anybody.

AWFUL SERVICE. This company used to be excellent but not now! After 4 weeks, my order still hasn´t arrived. The customer services agent has never apologised, he just told me that there have been issues with their transport company, that the courier couldn´t find my address (I live on one of the biggest roads in Barcelona), they´re moving warehouses, etc etc. I requested that they send a replacement which they apparently did a week ago but it´s not even been given to the courier according to the tracking. Disgusting service - I have today had to request a refund (which was not offered to me proactively as it should have been) but doubt I´ll get it. Incompetent management too as the below response from them is an absolute LIE! As this is the case, the advisor that you spoke with didn't want you to have to wait any longer and he has already instructed the Accounts Department to issue you a refund

This is a reply to the answer that you gave Dougy a few days ago regarding Blood Pressure Formula and more specifically Fruitflow. Re: "Unfortunately, the company which supplies this, no longer supplies it as a single ingredient, but only as a combination with others". This is not exactly true and Fruitflow is readily available as a single ingredient from the company who invented it, Provexis, and I can only assume that the distributor, DSM nutritional products, has given you some misinformation.

Whilst the service etc is very good I unfortunately nearly lost my life trying to swallow a glucosamine tablet. Why in Gods name are they so HUGE? I even broke it in half but I CHOKED on that, couldn’t breathe for some time as it stuck in my throat, I panicked but thankfully a banging on my back loosened it and was able to spit it out. I will not be ordering again and will not be taking my life in my hands again. Please be aware that these pills are ‘reasonably priced’ due to their size.

My wife and I have been customers of simply supplements for many years and have always been very satisfied with their products and services however our recent order for Vitamin D3 2000iu (2 x 120 tablets) are so small in size compared to previous ones. I understand it may not be the size that determines the nutrient value %NRV but we need a microscope to find them. Come on simply supplements this does not seem to stack up. Disappointed valued customer

These tablets are so big I cannot swallow them, I am returning them to you after I tried and tried. I will go back to my other tablets which have given me no problems at all.

The size and shape of the tablets has changed and i now find them very difficult to swallow without choking. The old shape had rounded edges and a uniform width, this new shape has sharp right angled edges and is fatter in the middle. Not a good experience trying to swallow these whole.

My save and subscribe order for Maxi-Joint Plus 1000mg for Medium to Large Dogs is currently out of stock until September. Spoke to Natalie who apologised for them not being available and was extremely helpful in suggesting alternative products. Not only was I able to choose one of these but she also gave me the discounted price although being an 'one off' order until my regular product is back in stock. It's so nice to speak to someone that is friendly, informative and takes the time to help, fantastic customer service.
