May 03,2023Disappointed. I have used SS for many years. I was delighted to receive my order in a couple of days, much quicker than normal. However, one item was missing, though I'd not been charged for it, and there was no reference to it on the consignment note. A few days later, I phoned SS and was told it was out of stock, but would be sent as soon as it was back in stock. They were v apologetic. However, a week after the delivery deadline, I got an email informing me of the delay, and another identical email a week later. Shame no one emailed upon receipt of my order, and the packer didn't pop a note in my first parcel. Could do better at communication.

Apr 30,2023I like ordering from Simply Supplements because the quality of the supplements is apparently good, the prices are competitive and the service great. But I am disappointed to find that the multivitamins and minerals for "mature" (old, like us) men and women have been out of stock for some time now. That is obviously not the fault of Simply Supplements but it has prevented me from reaching certain discount levels, apart from not getting an excellent product.
