Dec 13,2024Ben is completely honest and open with his extensive knowledge of tax matters in the U.K. and Europe (Germany in my case). He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. He gave clear, to the point, financial advice. In over 40 years dealing with financial institutions this rates at the very top. P.S. he also didn't take hours doing it:-)

Jun 16,2024I had my first annual investment porfolio review with my advisor Ben Eccles of SJB Global. The review by Ben was on time, well structured and very thorough. Ben took the time to explain the current market situation and also provided the historical context. I appreciated the transparency of the information and Ben´s honest comments. Ben was also patient as I asked my questions, and his answers were in terms that I could easily understand. Overall, what I appreciated about the review was the open dialogue and the customer-focussed approach. All of my interactions with Ben since the establishment of my portfolio have been very positive, and Ben is always available for me.

Never felt I was being pushed to buy anything And, yes, they are upfront and clear about the fees that are charged, which to me seem more than fair for the service provided
