Quote was immediate and scheduled date quickly for following week. When he got a cancellation offered to bring work forward a day - even better! Yiannis is friendly, tidy and efficient. Great job!

Mar 31,2022When we moved to a new house we found that the previous owners had left us with a broken immersion heater, and our neighbours recommended Skan to us. Yiannis was absolutely brilliant! He was very clear about what work needed doing and how much it would cost. When he came to do the job he was pretty quick, and made sure he explained everything so that we understood it before he left. And on top of that, he's a really nice guy!

Mar 25,2022This is the third or fourth time I’ve used Yiannis and he’s just the best. We had a leaky pipe behind our sink that meant we couldn’t use any of our taps in the house. I text Yiannis at 2213 and he was here within 30 minutes to fix the problem. I honestly can’t recommend him enough. Top bloke!

He found the leak quickly and was able to stop it, giving me top tips if it ever happened again. Yiannis was courteous, informative and I feel upskilled in being able to deal with a similar situation if it ever occurred. Yiannis left everything tidily. I cannot recommend him more highly.
