Jul 28,2019I started playing on Sky Casino about a year ago. I had about 2 small wins and ever since then it had just been down hill. I play for the fun of the game and chose Sky because of their name thinking that FairPlay would be in play. After 11 months I am £3145 down so there isn’t any FairPlay. Most of the time my deposits were just eaten up with not even small wins to keep me playing for a while. So if you are reading this please try another casino because Sky can’t be trusted.

Jul 02,2019Firstly i should state that this is the first review I have ever written. I have been playing with sky casino / vegas for over 11 years. All I ever read on here is comments regarding the fairness of their games , people saying they cant win and the like . Well over the last 12 months I have been keeping a check on how the RTP has preformed whilst playing the slot age of the gods god of storms. I have staked at 25p each spin. I have staked a total of £16557 ( 66,228 spins ) ( from july 2018 until end of june 2019 and have had total returns of £ 16,041 over that period . Now even with my simple maths that means I had a RTP of around 96% to 97% , the site says the RTP over long term play should be 96.14 %. As you can see IT IS FAIR !! why people always moan about the fairness is beyond me . Yes sky casino do lack in some departments , such as loyalty for long term small stakes players , but fairness of their games is NOT one of them. Everyone that plays any casino games knows that it should be a fun pastime, it is not a get rich quick scheme. Why then have I given it only 3 stars , well it is purely the loyalty aspect , if they were more loyal to their longstanding small stakes customers and offered them better bonuses , such as free spins that don't require you to deposit or stake a certain amount once in while. Other companies ( Coral , Ladbrokes , Paddy Power ) that I also play with do this , every so often they do give me free spins as a thank you for being loyal with them . If only sky casino upped its customer service levels , rewarded its very loyal longstanding small stakes players , and did the same then personally I would give them 5 stars. And yes I have spoken to them many times regarding this , but this is where they let themselves down and don't stand out from the crowd sadly. Their range of games is good , the withdrawal is excellent, the customer service agents friendly and do try their best within the parameters given to them , for me they only need to improve this one thing to have a great all round package. Overall though again I state sky casino games are certainly fair.

May 09,2019Out of them all....This one is probably one of the worst in my experience playing. Sky Casino and Sky Vegas does not payout at all. Bet365, paddy and the others have a decent payout but sky eat through you. There is literally no success. I have won nothing from free spins. You will never win with spins anything £2 and above so beware. I once got a bonus finally after weeks with a £2 spin and I was paid out (I am not joking) £0.10. I keep going thinking they have to payout sooner or later, after weeks and months nothing. Also there is no excitment and the win/lose ratio is really bad. Good luck. Maybe just my experience is a bad one.

Apr 23,2019It's quite amazing to read other peoples reviews, and see that they too had a few decent wins upon sign up.. but then afterwards struggle to win anything. Amazing how much money you can put in without winning anything back. I suppose that with all computer generated slots, there's only going to be one winner. I'll be honest, I had developed a bit of of a gambling addiction, and was literally only playing to try and win back what I had put in.. Almost £500 down without a single decent win. Stay well clear of these slots, and slots in general. There's only one winner.

Nov 21,2018I'm giving three stars for now. Then maybe five in the coming days ahead. I've won on the slots but since trying to withdraw, my account is suspended as with many other people's after reading the reviews. I've sent relevant documents to them and now awaiting for my account to reopen and the funds sent to my bank. Sky betting has a lot of bad reviews so I'm sure I'll see for myself how they are as a company in the coming days ahead. Update from sky. Account reopened and allowed to withdraw now. fantastic gaming site

Jul 26,2018I am a new customer on here, and play the same slots on Skyvegas/casino/bingo as I do on other bookmakers sites, and I must say, Sky is the absolute worst I have ever experienced, the payouts are atrocious compared to other sites, which makes the games no fun to play whatsoever? Not a very good advert for online gaming I'm afraid? Have never felt so ripped off in all my life?

Apr 19,2018A waste of time absolute daylight robbery on their slots, pathetic sky Vegas bonuses, multiple free spins that win nothing, there bonus time between 9 and 11 at night, same crap winless bonuses, sky bingo prize burst is the same stupid crap little wins a 10p scratch card and only a certain 1 you can use that on which will win you nothing, there bingo games seem more computer fictisous winners, you can always just need 1 or 2 numbers and funnily enough the computer wins with what looks like made up user names and apparent chat between people, yeah right. And sky vegas and casino slot rip off, every game you log onto to play someone has always just won that jackpot, every single game within a few minutes what a coincidence.

Feb 11,2018Such a shame, when I 1st used sky Vegas / casino it was brilliant, some wins, some losses, but a fun playing experience, Over the last 6 months it has severely declined, I have noticed the RTP has declined on a lot of games (2 of my favourites went down from 98% to 92%) Now it’s a struggle to get a win line, I’ve gone back and given the benefit of the doubt about 6 times now and everytime I come away annoyed feeling I’ve had no value for money. I’ll happily loose £50 if I feel I’ve played fun games and had the thrill, but this is a joke, 10 loosing spins, then one winning spin that pays back half the bet, then another 10 loosing spins. Rinse and repeat. Just shut down my account. Don’t waste your money guys, use ladbrokes as they seem to be fairer with a better RTP.

Aug 08,2019They RIP you off playing black Jack. The rules are quite simple. If you double down then you get one card. UNLESS it suits sky casino to give you another card at random. This has happened to me on numerous occasions. This last time as an example they dealt me another card which was a Jack. If they hadn't done that they would've busted as the dealer was on 12. As a result they got an 8 making them 20 and costing me my winnings and everyone else at the table! Their records for my play don't even show the Jack in my hand! This is so blatant! I forgot to mention when you go to live chat sky tell you it's a different company that runs the casino... so despite all the branding to do with sky (the obvious one being that it's called sky casino ffs) it's nothing to do with them. I wonder why years ago the moment virgin media came along I kicked sky TV into touch. Why the heck I bothered playing in their casino is beyond me. I need my head testing.
