Apr 20,2018Don't use skyforce I dd still got freezing and not watchable on a load of channels I went for a local firm who spent most of his time removing all but two of the bits ov equipment that I didn't need or shouldn't have been fitted in the first place cost for ripping off a pensioner 350 I wonder if skyforce wants to refund me for the gear I didn't need I won't of course hold my breath it's all still under the 3year warranty but would anybody want to get caught twice local firm fixed all problems instantly mainly by removing stuff I shouldn't have been charged for in the first place is this the actions of a reputable firm you have been warned

Aug 11,2017The first installer removed my neighbor's aerial, I paid for another installer to replace it and Skyforce refunded me in whole. Next, a piece of my aerial fell off, I reported this to Skyforce and they sent someonefix to fix it. They fixed it by strapping the piece back on with insulation tape; last week it fell off again due to the insulation tape coming off in the weather. So now I have no reception.... I wish I used a local company that I could go and see in person.

Jan 02,2017This Company also trades as ActionAerials. The Company missed the first two appointments, before its arrival 30 minutes early for the third, upon entry, the wife explained the problems we had, and asked the engineer for an estimate/quotation before work commenced, the reply she received was 'Lets have a look at it first, then we'll work it out', the wife asked this question several more times during his stay, again to no avail, then after almost 2 hours and 2 cups of tea, [he had spent most of this time outside and on the roof] he presents his bill to my wife totalling £291.59, which my wife felt obligated to pay, and did so, on my return from work I priced the parts he replaced, Zinwell Power Octo LNB, £17.03, 3mtr. HDMI cable, £4.21, total £21.24, so how can £270.35 be justified for less than a 2 hour visit, a complete rip-off, and he clearly did not stick to his Company's proceedure of giving an estimate upfront before work commences. Would not recommend.
