The delivery Company they use in the Nashville Area HTR LLC are just as Professional as Skymax is. Dec 24,2024Delivered a decent container on first purchase, delivered a rusted out, patchwork junk container on second purchase and refused to replace it when asked. Next 12 containers purchased somewhere else. I would not purchase from this company.

Dec 17,2024Skymax is a scam... We were searching for shipping/storage containers out of Denver. The price with Skymax seemed too good to be true, so I did some digging via state business entity search engines and addresses on their quote as well as their supposed storage depot. The depot address belongs to a verifiable shipping container company that has been in business in Colorado since 1981. They have never heard of Skymax, let alone allow Skymax use of their storage yard.

Nov 13,2024I had a horrible time with the carrier that Skymax had used. Noted that this was NOT a normally used carrier. Due to where I am located the usual carriers were not sure if they would be able to make the drop. Caroline, Skymax was a dream to work with! She kept me informed of the process to rectify the carrier situation promptly and professionally. She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with the fix that they had made. I would definitely recommend SKYMAX to friends and anyone else that would want a shipping container. Again whatever they are paying Caroline……….it’s not enough!!

She was not like a pushy sales person. Then, paying was simple. Then operations and delivery was smooth and fast with no complications. Driver delivered it exactly where I wanted it. I wish all companies were this good. I absolutely recommend this company.

Sep 12,2024I really didn’t know what to expect. But I did my homework on many companies and it took me a long time to make a decision. I went with Skymax because my first impression was they were very nice, not like sales people. Then they did a good job explaining everything so I did feel stupid. They did everything they said they would. Ms Annita was so helpful. My container was good. Great company. Wish all the companies I’ve dealing with were like this.

Sep 12,2024We spoke with Rich after my husband was Leary about container sales industry and handing over $. He was very communicative, introduced us to the local yard manager who sent us photos. Because our delivery access was a little difficult, we sent videos and photos to ensure the 20' container could make the turns. Not only did they make the turns, Skymax made sure we had the best driver who dropped it into the exact spot. We were sure we would have to hire an extra forklift or two to tuck it in where we wanted. Rich and his driver helped us with details on our photos so that we removed overhang and ground down some metal that could have interfered with a smooth delivery. We were very, very pleased with the positioning and the excellent quality and flooring inside. (Rubber of some sort)

Setting up delivery was no problem. They delivered my containers and it went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them and buy from them again.
