They offer a huge variety of designs to choose from, everything is of great quality and guaranteed to protect your devices from small every day accidents. I recently tried their personalization tool as well and designed two cases using my own photos!! They are probably my most favorite products by Slick Case so far! Looking forward to new spring designs!!

Update: Coincidentally, this order arrived the day after this review. We are very happy with the product. The length of time to arrive not so much.

Mar 05,2020DO NOT ORDER FROM!! DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING!!!!!! SCAM ALERT!!! This company is a scam. I paid extra for fast shipping so I could get my order ASAP since I got a new computer. A week later I got an email that there was a “delay.” I asked for a refund. They offered me “free gifts” if I didn’t refund. I said no, I want a refund. They offered to pay back half of the money I paid for expedited shipping (what a load of bs!!). I said NO I want a refund. They said okay, they would process a refund in 7-10 days. Now nearly a month later I’m getting a notification my order has shipped!!!! What nonsense. I’m calling my bank.

Mar 02,2020I have been trying to exchange a mac book case for 6 weeks now. I returned the case to the company and paid an extra shipping charge for the exchanged product and yet my case has still not been shipped. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions and each time I am told it will be shipped within 3-5 days and still no shipping notice!! The shipment isn't even overseas as I am also in Hong Kong. I would think twice before trying to exchange an item with this company. This was a present for my daughter, so unfair. We are still waiting........

The cover that I chose for my iPhone recalled the fantasy of the colors of the marble with the combined Socket pop. Products of the highest quality, I immediately fell in love with them. The case is light and at the same time protective. I chose to order Christmas gifts right on the slick cases website. The customer service was super helpful in answering me as soon as possible. Will definitely purchase from Slick again!

The design is not fading and resistant to scratches. I am definitely getting another case as I am in love with all of designes, which are not available anywhere else. I totally recommend Slick Case if you need a product that will last you ages and is also a perfect gift!

Nov 26,2019I have the wrong size for my mac book. As soon As I realized this, i contacted the company. They asked for pictures and kept stalling so i would be past the 28 day policy they have. Now, they tell me they do not provide a return label and the cost of returning it is on me. I can grantee I will not receive a refund. PayPal was no help in the matter either.

Oct 28,2019The case is great but there is a problem, whenever I wanna take it off and give my macbook a break from having a case on it it's legit impossible I manage to get it off but every time it feels like the screen is gonna snap off.. and one time I took it off the screen was so close to getting snapped off.. thanks so much -_-

Oct 06,2019I randomly came across slick case and when I saw their beautiful cases I knew I needed one! took me a while to pick though. I couldn't see my MacBook model on the drop down menu, so I emailed customer services who got back to me quickly and added on the model to the menu straight away. I was impressed by the shipping time, I'm in England and it only took 7 days to process and send. The case itself fits perfect and is good quality. I've had so many compliments on how pretty it looks. Id highly recommend them, great customer service and products. :)
