Jul 07,2022They have the items I like, they taste good and it works for me too. Delivery is always on time, they give you a 1hr. time slot via a text,so that you can change this if its inconvient.

Jun 23,2022I have bought my next 6 week box for the Simplicity Plan . Lots of lovely meals packed and delivered securely. Such a great variety of meals which help me stick to the plan. I have been having days out and having a Bar or a shake for my meals during the day!! I end the day with a soup and have a great nights sleep! I sometimes have a green salad with chicken or ham and switch to a Lifestyle day. I am on a week 13 refeed next week. So will be sticking to plan but adding the suggested extras and hopefully back on original plan for week 14. I CAN DO THIS

Jun 22,2022I want milk shakes and every deal you have has mint or plan chocolate which I hate why can’t you supply deals with NO chocolate To get none I have to buy separate packs which is expensive In response yes the problem with the desert shake deal is there is only 20 and they work out at £1.39 a shake, the 84 box containing chocolate works out at £1.13 a pack one desert pack option against lots of the deals containing chocolate, obviously the chocolate is much cheaper to make which is why it tastes horrible
