Feb 06,2023Easiest way I have tried to lose weight. The flavours are good and the choice is excellent. Being able to add protein when you want is so easy with the meal planner on the site. Just buy the packs that you like and get excellent advice online.

Feb 02,2023Always fast efficient service, good delivered within a mater or days, sometimes even the next day. When I've had to ring in about something, Customer Service answer the phone promptly and couldn't be more helpful. Products themselves are good and do what they say they will, but you will need will power, especially the first week or so as you break bad habits and wait for ketosis to kick in, when your appetite is diminished. Good online tools to help you track and motivated.
