The gift was for my granddaughter during coronavirus. I am in the risk group and could not go out to buy a gift or a card. This gift arrived very quickly in perfect condition. The card (through the camera) appears to be hand written (which I loved) and the magic of the unicorn in the print with her name, is a little message of hope. This service enabled to me to make her day special. I am grateful. Thank you.

To our surprise, the cot came way sooner - considering it was being shipped to VIC from all the way from QLD. It was seamless dealing with SB. Browse, select and pay! We had bit of sweaty moment putting it up - although the instructions were easy to understand, we would have been bit less stressed if it said not to tighten any screws until end. Not everyone is a chipie! Obviously, not the supplier’s domain but just as a PSA to others who are doing installations for the first time ever!!

I am so happy with this gorgeous nappy bag. I have been looking for a bag for months and this one ticks every box. I was so drawn to the gorgeous print and when it arrived I could see straight away that it is practical and functional in every way. Bubs is due in a few weeks and I know this bag will be perfect for us. I am taking it to the hospital with Baby's goodies inside. My experience with Smooch Baby was excellent as well. Delivery was prompt and I was able to track the progress from go to wo. I would highly recommend the company and the beautiful bag.

The transaction was completed in a timely and easy way. However, the toy was one that had different styles that were "chosen at random" for dispatch and the one I was sent was the dullest option available. Not great for a 7 year old girl :(

I deeply regret purchasing from Smooch Baby as once they had my money they had no interest in helping with a faulty product. I bought a co sleeper bassinet that cost over $300, and when it was unboxed one corner of the mattress was compressed, making the surface uneven and therefore unsafe for sleeping. I emailed Smooch baby, who claimed that they emailed the manufacturer who said that the foam would re-inflate. The foam has not re-inflated whatsoever, it remains squashed and unsafe for an infant. I'm still shopping for my nursery and won't go with an unknown brand like Smooch Baby again, because you can't rely on after-purchase support if something goes wrong. Stick with an actual store or somewhere that is more reputable. I now have to go through Fair Trading to get a resolution and ensure a safe sleep surface for my baby. It would be nice to actually get help with a faulty product rather than be fobbed off.
