Shane from Smarter WiFi had the perfect solution for us. He took the time to discuss everything we needed and to show us exactly what we would get plus no hidden fees. The transparency and willing to go above and beyond really sets him apart. Even with features that we wanted but couldn't have, he and his internal IT team have worked to find a way that we can get it! The service they offer, all the functionality and for what they are charging easily makes them the best in the market. Would recommend to everyone!

Feb 12,2021I was looking to setup an online grocery business, I contacted smarter wifi when i saw an add on social media pages, Shane from the company contacted me this was a pleasant and professional call, we then discussed what i wanted and the criteria of my buisiness needs, shane has been in regular contact with updates, and my buisiness requirements are being fulfilled but not yet complete, no fault of the company's, I was sent a product that was required for me to run my buisiness, this was send securely and in a timely manner. Overall 5* experience so far. Keep up the good work smarter wifi, would recommend to anyone looking to setup an app for there business. Thank You

Dec 16,2020These guys are brilliant. They were recommended to me by a regular customer after talking about the prices of other services crippling me and I’m so glad I decided to join with them. From the first call with Shane I have been given the best customer service, I’ve never felt at any point like I was talking to a typical sales agent after my money. They’ve helped me through every step of the process, and even after it’s set up still responds almost instantly to every enquiry. They got my online ordering system set up so quickly just before Christmas as well and have done the most professional leaflets for me to deliver. Every day I receive my payment from yesterday’s orders and am shocked at the low fees they have taken. Honestly such a fantastic service and would highly recommend to anyone. Possibly saved my bacon (Excuse the pun) after what has been a ridiculously difficult first year of running a cafe! Thank you Shane and team
