Nov 30,2024Bought a device, plugged it in - it doesn’t connect and doesn’t activate. Tried everything, followed all the troubleshooting steps in their website. Even verified that the SIM card is working properly in another device. Sent them the device for replacement (postage isn’t cheap). Got a new one, plugged it in - the exact same story. It just doesn’t connect. This is ridiculous, their QA is just pathetic. Across device price, subscription and postage I’ve already spent way too much money on this half-assed brick.
