He was very flexible with timescales due it being a new build and us not getting a confirmed move-in date until 2 weeks before. The actual inspection was very professional and of an excellent standard. Grant is very knowledgeable and thorough going above and beyond with drone footage and detailed pictures and videos sent with the report on the follow-up. Would recommend Snag List Pro to anyone looking for peace of mind with a new build, the service is definitely worth the price when spending a large sum on a house. Grant was also lovely and complimentary of my coffee offering which was nice!

Aug 13,2021Been meaning to write this for a while but just want to say a massive thank you to Grant from Snag List Pro. He was the first one in our house in Ashford, Kent back at the end of March and was there for the whole day such was the extent of the snagging issues. True to his word, 2 days later a full report including a myriad of images and videos arrived ready to send on to our developers. We took his advice in order to get things sorted and they’ve been sorting out any issues we’ve addressed with the proof Grant has professionally provided. A friendly guy, knowledgable and incredibly thorough. Money well spent and would certainly recommend to anyone. Thank you, Grant.

Mar 27,2021Grant has done a tremendous job at very short notice and over delivered. He produced very high-quality visual documentation identifying over 150 defects in and out of the property. The developer accepted practically all of them. Thermal images and drone footage can be reviewed again after 1.5 years, before the 2 year snagging period.

Feb 12,2021Late at night I contacted a number of snagging surveyors after my one contacted me to let me know he wasnt carrying any out till after lockdown. Grant from SnaglistPro responded immediately and offered his services. I booked a survey with him which has been carried out in great detail and a full report with photos, drone footage, thermal imaging has been sent to me. My purchase is a bit complicated and Grant has been available many times for some telephone advice. Its obvious he is passionate about what he does and I would have no hesitation in using him again for a future new build purchase.

Jan 23,2021Grant provided us with a great service. He was able to come out and snag our property quickly as we were working in tight timeframes. He done a thorough job- the sales team were surprised at how long he spent at the property which is good and also tells me other snagger surveyors probably rush through it. We got a very detailed report the next day, another fantastic, quick turnaround. When you're buying a new property it’s worth spending a tiny bit more to ensure you don’t miss the rushed work and poorly finished jobs if there are any.

Jan 09,2021Grant was very helpful and did a good job at listing our snags. He missed 2 or 3 but was happy to add it to the list when we asked him. Certain things that he included on the list our Developer (new build) said that wouldn’t repair as it was due to “shrinking” but his list was still helpful at highlighting certain things that we missed. Certain photos in his list were difficult to see (too small) so would advice that he tries to improve on that. Grant was also very polite, willing to help and the price we paid was one of the best that we could find bearing in mind that included the “thermal imaging”. Many thanks.
