Sep 16,2022SnakeCraft has, in my IRL opinion, been a great option for multiplayer MC servers, even at a 2GB memory option, the service has been far more reliable than Microsoft's official Realms service has ever been. Not to mention the ability to use paper jars is a plus, as well as plugins, but most of all, their staff has been nothing but transparent & helpful my entire time using them so far.

As someone who is completely tech and software illiterate, I am very thankful for the fast responses of their staff and their willingness to help install mods, plugins ect. In Addition to the great server hosting, they also managed to create an active and engaging community in discord. They are also constantly looking to improve and take big value in the feedback that they're given! With all the MC servers I've had so far, I definitely feel like Snakecraft hosting has been the easiest and also most engaging option that I've had so far!

So my overall experience with snakecraft has been wonderful. They worked close with me to get my server where it is today. They help me fix any problems with plugins/the server. They have worked closely with me to get my server into a running state, and have been there to help as my server has grown in size. The servers they sell are excelent, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering the purchase. I wouldn't have been able to fix many of the issues I was having with my server without them.
